As a project manager, you will be responsible for reviewing qualifications for human resources and may, at times, formulate descriptions of roles and responsibilities for project stakeholders. You have already created a roles and responsibilities chart for your resource management plan (Workshop Two). 5. Building upon your resource management plan, draft a roles and responsibilities document for the project manager. a. Additionally, list any skills and qualifications that would be ideal for the project manager to possess. Also, specify the PM’s role in terms of organizational strategic and visionary context. b. Draft this document to clearly outline the expectations of the project manager so it could be used for either internal (performance), external (selection) purposes, or both. 6.
